Where to get fresh local food

Farm to Table season is about to hit. Here's how to find the good stuff

Flavors of Charlotte

Food and events in Charlotte. To find the best the city has to offer.

If you like delicious food, then eating what’s in season is the way to go. Spring hits in a couple weeks, so get your last bits of winter fun in while you can….at 65 degrees on Saturday.

The Touch-a-Truck event last weekend was packed with hundreds of families. Here’s one thing I noticed. Only one food truck had coffee, so there’s a big opportunity there (I’m sure the donuts helped). They had a line of customers waiting the entire time. And who can pass up a bucket of donuts!

Dish it out - Insider tips

One of the toughest parts of eating great food is knowing what’s in season. Food in season has better flavors, higher quality, and can even be cheaper since there’s more of it.
